On all projects I will either go to the site or read the plans given and send the client/contractor a bid. These bids include material and labor, unless otherwise stated. Depending on when the project will start, I may have to have cold weather conditions, for sheltering and heating. Any other trades or scopes of the project will be the client/contractor's responsibility. If need be, I may have recommendations for those trades/scopes.
